Do you want to be part of the Itubers team? Currently, we are looking for an IT Manager in New York (USA), where you will lead the technology team within our representative office

Among your main duties will be:

- Maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT department inclusive of defining, delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementation of information technologies.

- Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements

- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare and present annual IT budget; scheduling expenditures; initiating corrective action

- Supervise IT department (currently 2 direct reports)

- Define and Implement the disaster recovery plan and back-up procedures.

- Keep the IT annual plan on track addressing internal and regulatory requirements

- Monitor, measure, and maintain technology risks and exposure of the NY branch

- Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement

- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages

- Ensures high quality of IT service by creating and enforcing strong standards for the department

- Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organization as well as multiple outside IT service providers

- Ensure security of information technology assets, data, network access, and backup systems and supervise agreed audits to verify the security of internal and external systems.

- Serve as the technical lead or project manager for system implementation project

We are looking for individuals with studies related to computer science, including:

Certifications or Diplomas in Information Technology (IT), IT Audit or Cyber Security

- Bilingual (English and Spanish) - 5+ years of experience in IT field

- Ability to work under pressure and dealing with multiple projects at the same time

- Aptitude to work autonomous, with little oversight

- High understanding of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX Compliance requirements), NIST Framework, FFIEC handbook and IT General Controls

- Familiarity with a broad range of IT and Information Security products and technologies such as identity and access management, vulnerability management, encryption and key management, logging and monitoring and application security
